ENDICOTT, New York – Golf legend Bernhard Langer will highlight UHS’ health exposition during the 15th annual DICK’S Sporting Goods Open at En-Joie Golf Course this summer.
“The UHS Golf Expo with Bernhard Langer, Featuring Fitness, Nutrition and Virtual Health,” will be held starting at 4 p.m., on Wednesday, Aug. 17, at En-Joie.
The event will include a presentation of golf and wellness tips by Mr. Langer, plus UHS’ educational displays on a wide range of health-related topics for visitors of all ages. Clinical experts will be on hand to present information on programs and services offered by UHS.
A World Golf Hall of Fame member and PGA Tour Champions Professional, Mr. Langer won the DICK’S Open at En-Joie in 2014. At age 64, he continues the chase of Hale Irwin’s record 45 PGA Tour Champions victories. To date Mr. Langer has 43, which he adds to his 69 other victories, including two Master’s wins.
Mr. Langer’s presentation will begin at 6 p.m. on the 18th green. He will be accompanied by SiriusXM host Dave Marr for an interview, question-and-answer session and chipping demonstration.

The DICK’S Sporting Goods Open, with a purse of $2.1 million, will be held from Aug. 15 to 21 at En-Joie. All three rounds will be broadcast on the Golf Channel.
